A reputable human resource firm in Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive for a 6-month contract. You will manage operations, assist with budgeting, and oversee maintenance contracts. Ideal candidates are graduates with relevant backgrounds, strong leadership, and interpersonal skills. The role requires coordination with vendors, management of service requests, and involvement in emergency response teams. Willingness to work beyond standard hours is essential. A competitive salary of up to $4,500 is offered.

Responsibilities:
You will support the Senior Operations Executive/Operations Manager in managing effective operations and maintenance of building
Coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance works to ensure the building operates at optimum level
Assist in annual budgeting, managing and administering all maintenance contracts and supervising expense for the operational needs of the building
Assist in the implementation of renovation works carried out by tenants and operational support for the promotional activities of the building
Liaise with Contract & Procurement team, manage and execute specific/adhoc procurement of equipment cyclical replacement & enhancement works in the building
Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner
Lead the technicians and manage vendor services to achieve the required professional standards in day-to-day operations
Part of Company Emergency Response Team (i.e. Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc),
Part of Environmental Health Safety (EHS) team for review & approval of permit to work (PTWs), risk assessment, safety checks/audits of the building.

8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
Up to $4,500
Requirements:
Graduates with relevant educational background but no prior relevant experience are welcome to apply
Building Management and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) and prior MCST operations experience will be an advantage
Exhibit strong initiative, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Able to work within tight timelines, resourcefuland systematic in resolving problems
Willing to work beyond standard operating hours, when required
Willing to learn and open to possible lateral movements between asset classes in the future (based on business needs)
