Key Responsibilities

• Lead the tendering and bidding process, from review to submission, with competitive and compliant proposals.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and agreements.
• Partner with project managers, estimators, engineers, and procurement to deliver on contract obligations.
