As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. By doing so with precision, you not only contribute to the success of your team, but also to the day-to-day operations and success in the warehouse and distribution centres. We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Contract Logistics Shift Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations in Singapore. You will lead and guide the team in handling customer orders, coordinating loading/unloading activities, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

How you create impact

In this role, you will lead a team of warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional service delivery for our customers. You will:

• Supervise inbound and outbound activities, including receiving, loading, unloading, picking, and packing.
• Allocate manpower and resources to meet operational deadlines and customer requirements.
• Monitor workflow and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Coordinate with customer service teams to resolve order issues or exceptions.
• Support inventory management activities, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation.

What we would like you to bring

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics operations role; 2–3 years of experience as a Shift leader or Warehouse supervisor is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide a team.
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
• Singaporean Citizens or Permanent Resident Only.
