Position Details

Location: Loyang

Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:48pm

Responsibilities
  • Financial / management reporting and variance analysis, analyze financial results to identify significant trends and variances.
  • Ensure compliance to revenue accounting i.e. Invoice log, AWB log, Engine analysis.
  • Follow up on Unbilled invoices on a timely manner which include liaising with various point of contact.
  • Fixed asset management.
  • Budgeting, forecasting and ad-hoc financial analysis for timely and effective decision making.
  • Support finance and continuous improvement projects on a need basis.
  • Provide business partnering with all departments to ensure that information provided is timely and accurate to support decision making.
  • Management controls and audit function - review and perform SOX testing, evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, support external and internal audits.
  • Support Finance and Continuous Improvement projects on ad-hoc/need basis.
  • Interact with various departments to ensure timely and accurate accounting and reporting.
  • Assist in any other accounting activities as required or assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent.
  • CPA or with intention to pursue CPA.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office software.
  • Good knowledge of GAAP & IFRS requirements is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in Hyperion reporting system & SAP will be an added advantage.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to participate actively in projects.
  • Meticulous with good analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant working experience in audit will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and met deliverables.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate well with all levels.
