The Opportunity

We are not looking for a "Social Media Manager" to sit behind a desk and schedule posts. We are building a Media-First Educational Brand led by a former Investment Banker and Senior Math Teacher. We need a Field Producer who owns the street, understands the "scroll," and has the social battery to talk to anyone.

If you are obsessed with short-form content (TikTok/Reels), know exactly how to hook an audience in the first 0.5 seconds, and want to be part of a high-growth startup, this is for you.

Your Mission

• The Street Pillar: You will be the face and energy behind our "Street Math Challenges." You’ll approach parents and students, offer a $10 challenge, and capture the high-tension moments that go viral.

• The Hook Architect: You will frame shots and script hooks specifically for high retention. You’ll be responsible for making sure the raw footage is "editor-ready."

• Production & Workflow: You will work with our Founder to film "Logic Breakdown" overlays and manage the hand-off to our overseas editing team.

• Growth Experiments: You’ll report to our office 2 days a week to review video data (retention graphs), brainstorm new content pillars, and ensure we are hitting our weekly output targets.
