We're now looking for a charismatic Interviewer to join our full‑time team, someone who’s curious, quick‑thinking and great with people.

Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing:

• 🎙️ Conduct on‑camera interviews with a diverse range of guests
• 📋 Research and prepare interview questions that flow naturally and spark meaningful dialogue
• 🎬 Collaborate closely with our production team before, during, and after filming
• 📍 Attend shoots at various locations across Singapore
• 🧠 Think on your feet and follow interesting tangents while keeping the conversation purposeful
• 💬 Represent the Koocester tone: curious, grounded, warm, and impactful
• 🕒 Most importantly, creating viral videos that impact and influence the audience

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• ✔️ Has excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• ✔️ Can build rapport quickly and make guests feel at ease
• ✔️ Is naturally curious and can ask deep or fun questions with sincerity
• ✔️ Has a strong sense of timing and knows when to dive deeper or move on
• ✔️ Is confident on-camera and speaks clearly, naturally, and energetically
• ✔️ Is familiar with Koocester content style (bonus if you’re a fan!)

Bonus Points If You:

• ➕ Have journalism, media, or hosting experience
• ➕ Speak multiple languages or dialects
• ➕ Have a following or portfolio in podcasting, interviewing, or digital storytelling
