Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in daily work execution.
• Inspect construction sites to identify and eliminate safety hazards.
• Supervise work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• Ensure installation per construction drawings.
• Monitor progress and quality of work.
• Ensure works meet acceptable workmanship standards.
• Attend daily tool-box meetings and convey instructions.
• Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance.
• Recommend changes to increase operational efficiency.
