Job summary

A company in the construction sector based in Singapore is looking for an Administrative Assistant. The role involves handling filing, data entry, and general admin duties. Candidates should have a GCE 'O' Level or a Diploma in Admin/Business and at least one year of experience, ideally in a construction site environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, along with good communication and organizational skills. The position requires independent work on site and knowledge of site paperwork is an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • Able to work independently at the site.
  • Basic knowledge of site paperwork is a plus.

  • Handle filing, data entry, and general admin duties.
  • Track daily attendance, manpower, and equipment usage.
  • Prepare and submit reports, permits, and safety documents.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and site staff.
  • Keep records of deliveries, materials, and documents.
  • Support payroll by collecting timesheets and leave forms.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM/BCA/site documentation requirements.
  • Order office and safety supplies when needed.
  • Assist with safety briefings and meetings.
  • Handle calls, visitors, and deliveries at the site office.

Requirements
