Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.

-Implement and enforce established safety requirements for the Contractor and monitor complianceto ensure smooth operations.

-Ensure all site operations are conducted in accordance with safety standards and thatthese standards are maintained throughout the construction period.

-Conduct daily toolbox meetings and brief the Risk Assessment (RA) for daily workactivities.

-Carry out daily site inspections and report issues that require management action.

-Take action to rectify unsafe conditions or acts and address unsafe behaviour on thespot.

-Conduct safety training for all high-risk work to prevent accident and raise awareness.

-Perform weekly checks on temporary electrical facilities, tools, and its usage, andmonitor to ensure its compliance. Maintain surveillance of the job-siteconditions and safety practices and recommend improvements.

-Attend Weekly and Monthly Safety and Coordination Committee meetings.

Certificates Preferable:

-ACWSH (Advance Certificate in WSH or Level B) Singapore

-WSHCM (WSH Control Measure or bizSAFE L2 (Risk Management)) Singapore

-WSHM (WSHManagement in Construction Industries or BCSS) Singapore

-MWAH (Manage Work at Height) Singapore
