Job description

Coordinate closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities, providing guidelines, expertise, and supervision to the project team.

Review and verify construction plans, drawings, and designs, identifying errors, defects, and variations before construction or processing payments to subcontractors.

Lead and manage team members, providing on-the-job coaching and monitoring employee productivity.

Plan, forecast, and track subcontractor work progress; prepare weekly schedules and conduct daily coordination meetings to ensure project timelines are met, including managing logistics for daily operations.

Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and quality.
