Job summary

A logistics and engineering company in Singapore is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator. The role involves organizing meetings, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining project documentation. Candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant experience and possess a Diploma or higher in Project/Construction Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD is required. Job Description
  • Organize meetings, track deadlines, and update project calendars.
  • Attend internal and external project meetings.
  • Coordinate with various persons to obtain approvals and maintain record keeping for all correspondence.
  • Maintain project documentation, distribute reports, and manage filing systems.
  • Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.
  • Ensure materials, equipment, and staff are available when needed.
  • Ensure projects meet company standards, safety requirements, and regulatory obligations.
  • Direct project correspondence by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.
Information
  • Salary is based on experience.
  • Working days: Mon–Sat (Total: 44 Hrs per week).
  • Annual Leave per MOM.
  • Overtime weekdays rate of 1.5, Sun and PH rate of 2.0.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1‑3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or support roles.
  • Diploma/Degree/Master in Project/Construction Management or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA; possession of quantity surveying skills is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCAD.
  • Able to start work immediately.
