CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

(Construction sector)

Responsibilities

• Project management involving scheduling, work coordination and managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
• Ensure project execution complies with Contract requirements
• Manage resources to ensure the project is on track
• Lead team of engineering personnel and define their scope of work
• Ensure work is complying with safety, health, environment requirement
• Coordinate with Sub-Contractors and Suppliers
• Liaise with Client and User
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management or your Superior including any related matters not mentioned above

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent degree recognized by PE Board
• Minimum 5 of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably experience in HDB BTO and private residential, government, commercial and building D & B projects etc
• Excellent project management skills
• Possess good leadership and organizing abilities
• Only Singaporean need applies
