Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor work
• Check assigned activities at site and ensure quality and safety
• Responsible & ensure smooth implementation and monitoring of work at the site.
• Gather, check site date, recording and monitoring of site work progress/ productivity
• Prepared technical write-up for tender submission including drawings, methodology and program
• Liaise with design consultant to ensure completion of deliverables
• Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule
• Prepared document for tender submission
• Liaise with Professional Engineer on the Temporary works
• Liaise with design consultant to ensure completion of deliverables
• Procurement and estimating of trackwork materials
• Assisted in preparing presentation slides for internal management review and tender interview with client.

• Able to lead and work independently.
