Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration and office admin.
  • Prior experience in a construction-related company is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coordinate, and document the project administrative work.
  • Keep record and update all submission documents and liaise with project personnel.
  • Assist in material sourcing and compilation of quotations from vendors.
  • Manage records including catalogue and project documentation.
  • Coordinate accommodation, transportation, and tours for guests.
  • Assist in organizing company events and social activities.
  • Support HR functions, maintaining employee records and onboarding.
  • Handle ISO application, information updates, and renewals.
