The Role

As a senior Product leader, you will own the global identity, KYC / AML, and compliance platform. The role focuses on building high-scale onboarding, verification, and anti-financial-crime systems that balance user experience with regulatory rigor.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end KYC / CDD product: onboarding, verification, sanctions screening & risk scoring
• Manage and optimize multiple vendors (e.g., SumSub, Onfido, Jumio, Chainalysis, ComplyAdvantage)
• Build AML & transaction monitoring workflows with rules, alerts, and automation
• Translate regulatory requirements into scalable product and engineering solutions
• Improve internal compliance & case-management tooling
• Stay ahead of global regulations and ensure readiness for new markets

Ideal Candidate

• You have at least 10 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years specializing in identity / compliance / KYC / AML
• Experience building regulatory‑grade compliance or risk systems in fintech / crypto / banking
• Strong stakeholder communication across Compliance, Legal & Engineering
• Hands‑on working with major KYC / AML vendors & data providers
• High‑velocity, execution‑focused mindset with strong ownership
