Job summary

A leading Insurance Firm in Singapore is seeking a Compliance Manager to enhance their Compliance framework and liaise with regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Compliance experience, a related Bachelor's degree, and the ability to work independently. This is a new headcount due to business growth, providing an exciting opportunity for growth in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Compliance, ideally with experience in Regulatory and AML work.
• Experience in an Insurance Firm or Insurance Broker is a plus.
• Hungry and eager to work in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for all Compliance policies and frameworks.
• Liaise with regulators and auditors.
• Implement and enhance AML, CFT, and Anti-Bribery processes.
• Draft and mitigate compliance policies.
• Monitor changes in regulatory developments.
