Location: Eastern Region (Eunos Crescent) | Sector: Community Development / Active Ageing

Bring Purpose, Connection, and Joy to Seniors

Be the link that connects people, programmes, and community! In this dynamic role, you will manage volunteer programmes, build strategic partnerships, and design engaging activities that enrich the lives of seniors across two centres: an Active Ageing Centre and an Eldercare Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Volunteer & People Management: Recruit, train, coordinate, and recognize volunteers to support programmes and community engagement.
  • Programme Planning & Delivery: Plan, implement, and evaluate senior-focused activities and outreach events. Develop new initiatives based on community needs.
  • Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with grassroots organizations, corporates, schools, and other partners.
  • Communications & Fundraising: Support communication plans and donor engagement initiatives.
  • Administration & Reporting: Maintain volunteer and stakeholder databases, monitor budgets, and provide secretariat support.
Who We Are Looking For:
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level; Diploma or higher in Social Services, Community Development, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in community engagement, programme management, or social service/eldercare settings is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, networking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about working with seniors and comfortable leading volunteers and programmes.
Schedule & Commitment:
  • Work Week: 5.5 days (Monday–Friday: 8:00/9:00 AM – 5:00/6:00 PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
  • Full-Time, Permanent.
