Job description

What you will do

Build and manage community channels across APAC using regionally preferred platforms (e.g., LINE, WeChat, WhatsApp, Telegram, KakaoTalk, Facebook Groups)

Monitor sentiment, engagement metrics, and overall community health to identify growth and retention opportunities.

Channel user insights into broader product, growth, and go-to-market strategies.

Design and execute localized content, events, and campaigns tailored to different local user segments.

Identify, recruit, and collaborate with local brand ambassadors and advocates to scale community impact.

Localize global campaigns to align with market-specific tone, behaviors, and cultural preferences.

What we are looking for

2+ years of experience in user community management, marketing, and operations in the APAC region.

Fluency in English and Chinese.

Strong knowledge of country-specific social/community platforms and user preferences.

Strong self-management ability and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Proven ability to plan and scale grassroots community programs.

Intercultural sensitivity and the ability to adapt brand voice for different markets.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the tech industry (AI hardware and/or software).

Proficiency in Japanese and/or Korean.

Previous involvement in building local ambassador or moderator programs.

Familiarity with regional data privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA in Singapore, PIPL in China)
