A leading healthcare organization in Singapore is looking for a dedicated Programme Manager to oversee the Community Mental Health programmes. This role involves collaborating with community mental health service providers, managing implementation, and ensuring comprehensive service delivery in line with prescribed care models. Ideal candidates should have a degree in social services or a healthcare-related discipline, with at least 2 years of relevant experience and a strong passion for mental health initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in healthcare or community care sector.
• Experience with external stakeholder engagement will be preferred.
• Passion for mental health and dementia related agenda.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of Community Mental Health programmes by providing support to the CMH service providers.
• Communication and dissemination of service model and funding guidelines.
• Successful onboarding of CMH providers onto service platforms.
