Job summary

A leading local bakery in Singapore is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to prepare, bake, and present a variety of desserts and pastries. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cake decoration, be able to follow recipes accurately, and work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

  • Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients required for daily operations.

  • Operate baking equipment, tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and labelling of all ingredients following hygiene and food-safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to fulfil daily production orders.
