A leading independent project management and workplace delivery firm is seeking a Commercial Manager in Singapore to support complex office fit-out and workplace projects for blue-chip corporates and fast-growing international businesses. This role is ideal for a commercially astute construction professional who lives and breathes contracts, numbers, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Leading pricing, bids, and tender submissions, supporting the project team with commercially competitive yet risk-aware proposals.


• Managing head contracts and subcontracts, including drafting, negotiation, variations, and claims.


• Implementing effective cost control, forecasting, and reporting to protect margin and deliver value for clients.


• Guiding project teams on contractual obligations and commercial strategies throughout delivery.

Qualifications

We are targeting candidates from contractor or construction backgrounds with strong experience in commercial management, contracts administration, or cost management on building projects. Exposure to interior fit-out or corporate real estate projects will be highly regarded, as will familiarity with regional procurement practices across APAC.
