  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Occasional weekend work during exhibitions, with off-in-lieu and transport allowance provided)

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Business Development Executive to support sales growth and partnership development for large-scale consumer exhibitions and marketing platforms. This role focuses on acquiring new business, managing client relationships, and delivering strong value to partners.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and secure new exhibitors, partners, and sponsors across relevant industries
  • Promote exhibition solutions including booth spaces, sponsorship packages, digital advertising and activation opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships
Client Relationship Management
  • Act as a business advisor to clients to help maximise their exhibition ROI
  • Provide insights on booth placement, customer engagement, and activation strategies
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships
Collaboration & Delivery
  • Work closely with marketing, operations and data teams to ensure a smooth exhibitor experience
  • Support post-event evaluations and gather feedback for service improvement
Requirements
  • Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma / Degree in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
  • Comfortable with proactive outreach and new business development (cold calling and lead generation)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in professional business settings
  • Client-focused, results-driven, and able to work independently
  • Willing to travel locally and support exhibition events when required
