Job Summary

This role will support the Global Commercial Excellence team by delivering insightful performance analyses to identify growth and profit opportunities, shaping strategic market and go-to-market plans, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive commercial success.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales performance data including YTD, Plan, and Forecast to generate value-added reports that inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with Finance and Customer Support teams to integrate data and provide comprehensive commercial insights
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of reporting and analysis processes to align with evolving business goals
  • Conduct detailed analysis of opportunity pipelines, market and competitive landscapes, and win/loss characteristics to inform strategy
  • Identify and quantify real customer needs and key buying factors within segments to develop tailored value propositions
  • Partner with Sales teams to identify addressable markets and prioritize growth opportunities based on data-driven insights
  • Support Sales in executing strategies to increase Share of Wallet (SOW) through structured action plans
  • Drive issue resolution by defining problems clearly and applying strong troubleshooting skills to enhance commercial performance
  • Work independently while fostering alignment across multi-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Required experience and competencies
  • 3 to 5 years of B2B experience in commercial or marketing role.
  • Excellent analytical skills. Demonstrated strong trouble shooting abilities and passion for continuous improvement.
  • Problem solver who can define issues and drive issue resolutions
  • Bachelor's in Business and Marketing. MBA preferred.
