Job description
Responsibilities
- To manage feedback received on alleged TCASA offences via specific hotlines and email addresses
- Shall respond to the feedback and assign enforcement teams for follow up.
- On social media platforms and keywords provided by the Authority.
- Compile reports for review when peddlers have been identified for follow up
Shift pattern :
2 Days work , 2 Days off basis (10.00 AM to 10.00 PM / 10.00 PM to 10.00 AM )
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage due to the need to assist Mandarin-speaking members of the public.
