POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Collaboration AV Engineer Support to join our team. As a Collaboration AV Engineer Support, you will play a crucial role in designing, managing, and implementing comprehensive AV and media services across our entire meeting space environment. You will lead AV projects in collaboration with vendors, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget. You will be responsible for project coordination, including cost control, interim payments, and vendor management. Your technical expertise will be essential in designing specialized AV systems and platforms that meet our growing needs. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Assist with the design, management, and implementation of Audio-Visual and media service for the entire meeting space environment.
• Responsible for execution of Audio-Visual/ IT Projects with vendors.
• Complete various projects within budget, timeframe and comply with relevant statutory and client’s requirements.
• Assist in managing and monitoring project co-ordination, inclusive of cost control, interim payment and various claims, vendor management.
• Take technical responsibility to design specialized Audio-Visual systems and platforms based on growing requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• At least 5 years of working experience with managing AV System Integration in multinational enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of Video Conference & AV equipment, WebEx & Zoom operations, and Cisco infrastructure product is a plus.
• Experience in financial organization with a strong emphasis on project management is preferred.
• Able to work under pressure and accept challenges.
• Good sense of problem-solving skill and quick decision making.
• Good communication skills, self-motivated, customer oriented, and strong analytical skill.
• Experience in Stakeholder management and working with regional countries.
