Qualifications

• Field service experience in electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and CNC machine maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machines.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and PLC ladder diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain CNC machines and controls.
• Perform preventive maintenance and provide technical support.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare service reports documenting repair work.
• Handle service enquiries, proposals, and quotations.
• Work with spare parts coordinator for timely delivery.
• Train and support team members.
