Job description
Key ResponsibilitiesInclude:
  • Ensuresprompt, efficient service, convey a positive image of self and company.
  • Ensureopening/closing duties are done properly and on time.
  • Toassist, encourage and support the team member in the daily execution oftheir duties
  • Monitorclub operations that includes: Inventory, beverage service, cashtransactions, comps and voids payment.
  • Assistingthe Operation Manager on team deployment, proper drink flow, sequence ofservice, quickly resolving any service disruptions or complaints for allshifts.
  • Placespriority on coaching and developing others, continually coaching new andexisting team members to increase effectiveness by providing performancefeedback to the team member.
  • Monitorsstaff performance to identify training needs and potential for growth.
  • Answerguests’ enquiries and make recommendations
  • Performany other duties as and when assigned.
You Should:
  • Haveexperience in managing club and people for at least 2 years.
  • Enjoythe hospitality and lifestyle scene, are immersed in it, believe in it and want to work to improve it – in short, you are here for the long run.
  • Developedpeople’s skills, a positive problem solver with a can-do! attitude to itall. You genuinely care for your team and guest experience and spare noexpense at getting the best for both.

Possess superior time management skills, are aneffective communicator and enjoy working as a team.
