• Cloud Infrastructure Setup
  • Deploy cloud architecture for new application projects
  • Configure networking, storage, compute resources, and security settings
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and cost optimization of cloud solutions
• System Application Maintenance & Support in Cloud
  • User support and problem resolution

• Collaborate with IT security consultant and perform regular system security/application fixing/patches on a timely basis.
• Perform incident investigation and resolution, and root cause analysis and problem resolution.
• Coordinate with IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager for capacity and availability management.
• Monitor IT tickets and provide appropriate resolution on a timely basis.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud technologies – AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Hands on experience in managing cloud infrastructure and native services.
• Familiar with Linux/Unix and/or Microsoft Windows Server command line tools
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Proficiency with automation & configuration management tools.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes/IAC frameworks is a plus.
• Working knowledge of DevOps software development tools and methodologies is an advantage.
• Applicants with programming experience are preferred.
