JOB OVERVIEW

• Responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining company’s cloud environments globally.
• Part of the Cloud team (Global Infrastructure) which manages all of company’s cloud environments.
• Collaborate with other IT and business teams to deliver cloud solutions.
• Manage and cooperate with external partners whom provide SaaS solutions or professional services.
• Regular review of Cloud Ops functions making/recommending enhancements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Part of the Cloud Ops team which manages for all of company’s cloud environments (Google / Azure / Alicloud) globally.
• Provide support for all tooling / SaaS applications under Cloud teams scope of work (Akamai / SMTP / Cloudfl are / etc…).
• Research on and implement enhancements to current technology stacks / processes / procedures.
• Involved in both Global / Regional projects delivery, management and operations.
• Work closely with external parties, vendors and other teams (including GHQ & Regions) for both BAU and project delivery / support.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of working experience in a related field (Preferably with Google Cloud Platform cloudops experience).
