Job summary

This role involves supporting investigator sites in clinical trials through effective communication and training. The candidate must have a secondary school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, and fluency in both English and Korean. Strong data entry and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage training materials. This position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with study protocols and timely responses to site inquiries.

Qualifications

• High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant formal academic/vocational qualification preferred.
• Previous relevant experience of at least 2 years required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for sites, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
• Train sites on protocol aspects to ensure smooth data flow.
• Notify sites of critical values/study specific requirements.
• Answer incoming phone calls and resolve exceptions.
• Monitor and escalate site issues to project management.
