Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Clinic Operations: Manage the daily activities of wellness and radiotherapy clinics, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Healthcare Standards & Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of healthcare delivery in line with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Patient Satisfaction: Monitor patient feedback, address concerns promptly, and implement service recovery strategies to enhance overall patient experience.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Navigate and ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations, staying updated on any regulatory changes or issues.
  • Administrative Support: Provide full administrative support, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient management of clinic documentation.
  • Clinical Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the regular servicing and maintenance of clinical equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
  • Staff Resource Management: Allocate and schedule staff based on clinic needs, ensuring proper staffing levels at all times.
  • Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate staff performance, and provide guidance and feedback to encourage continuous improvement.
  • Billing & Budget Oversight: Oversee clinic billing and collection procedures, and assist in the development and management of the clinic’s budget.
  • Charge Codes & Pricing Updates: Create and maintain charge codes, and update pricing in the electronic medical system to ensure accurate billing.
  • Inventory Management: Procure, manage, and track medical supplies and pantry items, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Quality Improvement: Lead and drive quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions to improve clinic operations and service delivery.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other duties as assigned by the reporting officers, ensuring alignment with overall clinic objectives.
Key Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of management experience in healthcare or clinic operations

Operating Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM (One Saturday off per month)
