• Managed front-desk duties: patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, phone inquiries
• Handled payments, processed insurance claims, provided cost estimates
• Assisted healthcare professionals: prepared examination rooms, sterilised instruments, supported patient consultations
• Maintained accurate medical records and adequate medical supplies

Key Requirements
