Job Description: Clinic Assistant / Patient Service Associate - Surgical Specialist Clinic

We are looking for a team player with a passion in healthcare to provide a quality patient experience and support with our team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent front-line customer service to our patients and meticulous administrative support in our surgical specialist clinics.

  • Provide assistance to doctors and patients in the clinic and consultation rooms (e.g. chaperone during consultation, organize and provide instructions to patients for investigations or procedures).

  • Responsible for registration, payment collection, appointment scheduling, financial counselling on procedures and services, trigger/process insurance claims.

  • Booking keeping of clinic accounts, handle billing & claims, maintaining accurate financial records as well as other administrative duties.

Requirements
  • A customer-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills and a strong passion to serve in healthcare.

  • Polytechnic Diploma or Higher.

  • Possess good computer skills, good customer service skills and good telephone etiquette.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

  • Relevant work experience in healthcare, insurance or service industries will be advantageous.
