- Coordinate daily administration of patients in the healthcare facility
- Schedule appointments, answer patient enquiries promptly, handle patient emergencies in the healthcare facility
- Chaperon and assist doctors during patient consultation and procedures
- Provide care and advice to patients
- Perform phlebotomy procedures on patients and prepare specimen for sending to external laboratory
- Prepare medications for patients as ordered by the doctor, to countercheck with doctor or fellow clinic staff prior to dispensing to patient
- Prepare patient files by obtaining personal and health information
- Document clinical notes, maintain patient data records for evaluation and health insurance purposes
- Maintain sterility of medical equipment and sanitise designated areas
- Ensure that fellow clinic staff adhere to policies and procedures, reporting needed changes
- Maintain highest standards in patient care
- Promote patient safety by maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
- Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal and financial information
- Preferably hold a valid phlebotomy certificate
- Preferably trained and up to date in CPR & AED
Administrative
- Monitor stock and supplies in the healthcare facility
- Determine inventory level, anticipate needed supplies, inform manager to place orders for supplies
- Verify receipt of supplies
- Cashiering duties
- Perform end of day finance settlement
- Able to use clinical management software and have basic computer skills

- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the workplace environment
