Job Description

As a Clinic Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the clinic's day-to-day operations to ensure it is clean, organized and welcoming for patients and medical staff.

Job Requirement
  • Perform general administrative duties assigned by the Clinic Supervisor or Managers, including:
    • Patient registration
    • Record medical history
    • Dispense medication
    • Schedule appointments
    • Reconcile daily monetary transactions
    • Update medical billings & invoices
    • Monthly stock-take of drugs & consumables
  • Assist and chaperone doctors during physical examinations and procedure
  • Prepare and stock examination rooms with necessary supplies. Restock supplies as and when require
  • Communicate effectively with patients to address their concerns
  • Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and safety protocols
  • Willing to work shifts (morning / afternoon / night shift)
  • Willing to cover duties in other clinics owned by the parent company
Skills and Knowledge
  • Minimum GCE “O” Level or higher; prior healthcare experience is an advantage, but not required as training will be provided
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Basic knowledge of medical procedures and equipment used in clinical setup
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with Chinese-speaking patients.
