Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for the Project Executive position.

  • Manage expectations proactively and keep all stakeholders aligned.

Project Management
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple projects.

  • Work with designers, developers, and QA to ensure smooth handovers and high-quality outputs.

  • Track progress and flag issues early to avoid delays.

  • Provide clear and concise status updates for clients and internal teams.

  • Anticipate potential roadblocks and suggest creative, business‑minded solutions.

  • Stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly when plans change.

What You Need to Succeed
  • Proven experience in a client‑facing role (agency, events, hospitality, account management, or similar).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to handle difficult conversations with tact.

  • Solid organisational skills: able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.

  • Quick thinking and problem‑solving mindset.

  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can shift.

  • Interest in digital projects and willingness to learn technical concepts (training provided).

Nice to Have

  • Basic understanding of web development workflows.

  • Exposure to project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira.

  • Awareness of digital marketing principles (SEO, SEM, analytics).
