Job Description & Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all cleaning operations strictly follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and industry standards
  • Conduct routine and random site inspections to assess cleanliness, hygiene standards, and staff performance
  • Maintain comprehensive records of inspection results, issues identified, and actions taken
  • Report service gaps and operational issues promptly to the Resident Manager and Operations Team
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Identify recurring issues and support continuous process improvements to enhance cleaning quality
  • Assist in reviewing and updating SOPs as needed
  • Provide on-the-ground support during audits or client site visits
  • Recommend and coordinate retraining sessions for cleaning staff when quality standards are not met
  • Participate in onboarding and training sessions for new cleaning personnel, focusing on quality standards
  • Investigate and document customer complaints, determine root causes, and recommend resolutions
  • Track and analyze trends in inspection data to propose improvements and reduce non-conformance rates
  • Ensure availability and proper use of cleaning materials and equipment as per standards
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of new cleaning tools, products, or technologies
  • Foster a culture of accountability and excellence in cleaning performance across all teams
Job Requirements:
