Job description

The cleaner is responsible for carrying out cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure the designated sites are clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services at office premises, residential apartments and/or building areas assigned by the management.
• Carry out general cleanings such as vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, washing and cleaning toilets, clearing rubbish, etc.
• Occasionally perform deep cleaning tasks, including but not limited to carpet shampooing, window washing, and high dusting, as required.
• Maintain cleanliness by using appropriate materials, chemical products, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to operate cleaning machines such as Walk Behind Scrubber, Ride-On, etc.
• Handle and dispose of waste according to standard procedures, instructions, and cleaning industry standards.
• Keep track of cleaning supplies inventory and inform the supervisor of any shortages.
• Comply with performance standards as well as workplace safety and health policy and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred.
• No minimum education is required.
• Ability to handle heavy cleaning equipment and machinery is a plus.
• Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Able to start immediately or on short notice of period.
