Post 1) Claims Associates (AMK)
Job description:
- Process claim application and reply to emails
- Checks for disbursement
- Exception handling and refunds
- Attend to escalated enquiries on claims
- Collation of data / information / statistics for regular reporting
- Provide administrative support
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Post 2) Claims Associate - Grants (Tanjong Pagar)
- Administer and process grant applications, including eligibility checks, document verification, and data entry
- Coordinate with applicants and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and complete submission of required documents.
- Track application progress and update internal systems and databased accurately.
- Participate and assist in continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency in grant operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, funding agency and organizational guidelines.
- Provide administrative support for grant-related meetings.
Post 3) Claims Associate - Audit Claims (Tanjong Pagar)
- Annual audit claims submission
- Liaise with service providers to ensure annual audited operating subvention claims, auditor report, financial statements and fee schedules are submitted by the policy deadline.
- Liaise with service providers on any queries or missing documents pertaining to annual audit claims submission
- Processing of the annual audit adjustment claims
- Verify the eligibility and accuracy of annual operating subvention claim using RPA software.
- Liaise with service providers on exceptions generated from the validation checks and resolve the exceptions by policy deadline.
- Prepare claim memo according to template and upload onto AIC’s grant system using RPA software and upload
- Ensure the RPA generated claim memo and claim in system is accurate and correct before routing for approval.
- Ensure that annual adjustments are processed and credited to service providers by the policy deadline.
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma
Minimally 2 yrs of relevant experience for staff performing the operation functions.
- Proficient with computer use (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Entry level candidates are welcomed to apply
- Customer Service oriented (e.g. courteous, professional and helpful) and preferably with prior experience in customer service.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
