About the Role

A1 Main Contractor, A1 Main Contractor, is seeking a Civil & Structural Coordinator to support project delivery by coordinating civil and structural works, monitoring site progress, and ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate civil and structural works on-site, ensuring smooth execution according to design and schedule.
• Liaise between project management, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical or construction issues.
• Monitor progress of structural and civil works, including foundations, piling, reinforced concrete, and superstructure works.
• Conduct site inspections and document observations to ensure compliance with design, codes, and quality standards.
• Assist in reviewing drawings, method statements, and work schedules.
• Maintain records of site activities, progress reports, and relevant documentation for project management.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies.
• Support Project Manager or Site Manager in planning and coordination of resources, manpower, and equipment.

Requirements
