• Supervise and monitor the project's progress.
• Solve technical problems encountered.
• Correspond with Client, Consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure that all construction is done according to specifications.
• Coordinate subcontractors for all projects.
• Oversee the implementation of the Project Quality Plan.
• Ensure safety regulations and good housekeeping practices are implemented.
• Process and finalize claims.
