A construction management company in Singapore is looking for a professional to oversee project activities. Responsibilities include managing construction schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, and preparing reports for project managers. Ideal candidates should have experience in construction oversight and strong coordination skills.
Reporting to the Project Manager
Overseeing the construction activities, planning, implementation, and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work program.
Liaise with consultants for technical issues and coordinate with subcontractors on the site activities.
Managing interfaces with other contractors working on the project.
Prepare project progressive report to the Project Manager/Project Director.
Prepare report and method statement.
Monitor ongoing construction activities.
