Job summary

A leading company in continuous improvement initiatives located in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to implement Lean and Continuous Improvement tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Lean projects, facilitating Value Stream Mapping, and spearheading Continuous Improvement initiatives. Applicants should possess a Diploma in Aerospace Engineering or a related field, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma and tools like JIRA and Power BI will be beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement projects.
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.

• Implement Lean and Continuous Improvement tools in the company.
• Facilitate Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Kaizen events.

Job Description:

• In charge of ensuring the implementation of Lean/Continuous Improvement tools & Lean projects in the company
• Responsible for expanding and sustaining the lean deployment efforts through facilitating Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen and Continuous Improvement events
• In charge of identifying, deployment and driving successful completion of Lean projects/initiatives
• In charge of leading Continuous Improvement initiatives and managing the efficiently the sharing of best practices among departments

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Aerospace Engineering or relevant
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in driving continuous improvement projects
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, JIRA, Power BI, VBA and Macros will be advantage
