Job Description

• Serving as a liaison between upper management and technical staff to ensure project goals are met by all parties involved
• Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
• Developing policies and procedures for the department based on industry best practices, relevant legislation, and input from staff members
• Determining whether new technologies can be integrated into existing systems to improve efficiency or reduce costs
• Provide IT strategic planning and direction for the IT roadmap.
• Led the development of a new product from concept to market entry
• building strong cross-functional relationships internally and externally
• developing people through coaching and mentoring
• Develop technical aspects of the company strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
• Develop go-to-market strategies that included pricing models (premium vs mainstream), distribution channels (direct vs indirect) etc.
• Oversee the design process from conceptualization to production ramp up ensuring adherence to timelines while maintaining high levels of quality control throughout the entire lifecycle of the project.
• Establish clear IT and Technology-related policies/guidelines and processes to safeguard data integrity and governance
