What will you do

Financial Strategy:Develop and execute the financial strategy for Singapore country in alignment with the overall company objectives.

Financial Planning and Analysis:Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling efforts to support business growth and decision-making.

Financial Reporting:Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to senior management and headquarters.

Risk Management:Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

Team Leadership:Build and lead a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship and guidance to foster professional growth and development.

Cost Management:Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.

Tax and Compliance:Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements.

Mergers and Acquisitions:Collaborate with the executive team on potential acquisitions, mergers, or strategic partnerships, including financial due diligence.

Stakeholder Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and government agencies.

Strategic Decision Support:Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions, investments, and resource allocation
