Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of financial management including accounting budgeting forecasting cash flow and audit processes.
• Develop and execute financial strategies to support the companys growth and profitability objectives.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors for business planning and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards tax regulations and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
• Manage banking relationships corporate financing and investment initiatives.
• Monitor cost control contract performance and financial risk management across business units.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Work closely with operations and commercial teams to optimize project margins and capital utilization.
• Drive digitalization and process improvement within the finance function (e.g. ERP systems automation).

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting Finance or Business Administration (CPA ACCA or equivalent preferred).
• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
• Strong analytical strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
