Job description

Cook for Bangladeshi & North Indian restaurant:

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing all kinds of Bangladeshi/North Indian cuisines;
• Create new dishes to attract customers and increase sales;
• Oversees and manage kitchen operations as well as restaurant operations (as and when required);
• Manage food cost and inventory;
• Ensure that food hygiene and sanitation of the kitchen is closely monitored and in compliance with SFA’s regulations;
• Serving customers and perform cashier duties, as and when required;
• Requisition of stock, materials, supplies and equipment
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of Bangladeshi/North Indian cuisines is a MUST (no training will be provided)
• Able to converse in Bengali AND English
• Experience in managing restaurant and kitchen operations
• Excellent customer service skill
