Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
  • Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, preparing sauces).
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen staff.
  • Follow instructions from the executive or sous chef.
  • Clean up station and manage leftover food responsibly.
  • Stock inventory appropriately.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality food output.
  • Comply with nutrition, sanitation, safety regulations, and standards.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and customers.
