Job summary

A new dining destination in Singapore is seeking an experienced chef to develop and manage an innovative Millet Menu. The role requires a commitment to using 100% chemical-free ingredients and a passion for healthy, traditional cooking. The chef will connect diners to natural grocery products and manage kitchen operations as the restaurant expands to multiple outlets within a year. Ideal candidates will have over 4 years of experience in millet processing and exceptional culinary skills.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in processing Millets and cooking 100% Millet Menu.
  • Familiar with Natural Food and farming techniques.
  • Passionate about cooking healthy and traditional food.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the Millet Menu accepted by Singapore patrons.

  • Millets getting lot of attention recently and we want our chef to develop a Millet Menu which is Accepted by Singapore People & even Visitors.
  • Need 4+ Years of experience in processing Millets and Cooking 100% Millet Menu.
  • We are cooking our Food with 100% Chemical-free Groceries, Millets and Vegetables. So our Chef should be familiar with Natural Food, Natural Farming Techniques and Natural Food Processing Techniques.
  • Should be passionate in cooking healthy and traditional food.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven and enthusiastic individual. Commitment to building a robust team
  • Good culinary skills, Knowledge of Traditional Millet Vegetarian & continental cuisines.
  • Ability to manage kitchen as per Authority requirement.
  • We are newly introducing Millet Menu in Singapore. We want our chef to be able to communicate and take their feedback to update menu periodically.
  • Ours F&B outlet is connected with Natural Grocery Store. We want our Chef to connect our Customers to our Natural Grocery products.
  • We have plan to run couple of more outlets in Singapore within 6 months to 1 year time. We are expecting our chef to take care of setup & operations across outlets.
