Your Role
  • Prepare daily mise en place and food production
  • Execute and maintain standard recipes, cooking techniques, and presentation to ensure consistent quality
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety in all kitchen areas
  • Ensure food storage areas comply with hygiene, health and safety policies and procedures
  • Perform stock taking, control, and ordering
  • Handle opening and closing duties
  • Manage and maintain hygiene standards as per SFA requirements
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors
